Popular Pompano Beach, Fla. Resort Selects SPM Resorts to Provide Full-Service Professional Management

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., Jan. 18, 2011 – La Costa Beach Club’s homeowners’ association (HOA) recently announced they contracted with SPM Resorts, a professional timeshare resort management company, to manage their 77-unit oceanfront timeshare resort located in Pompano Beach.

“One of the determining factors in selecting SPM as our management firm was their experience, easy-to-read financial reporting and their accountability,” said Daniel Miller, board president. “SPM is also very timely with their information back to the Board, which is very important when running a timeshare resort successfully.
