Popular Atlantic Beach, N.C. Resort Hires SPM Resorts to Provide Full-Service Professional Management

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., June 15, 2010 – A Place At The Beach resort’s homeowners’ association (HOA) recently announced they contracted with SPM Resorts, a professional resort management company, to manage their 279-unit oceanfront multi-use property with both timeshare and whole-owned units.

“One of the factors in determining our selection of SPM Resorts was their 30 years of multi-use resort management experience,” stated the resort’s HOA board president Rita Knish. “We wanted experts that could jump in immediately with a minimum amount of training, and we are very pleased with the results.”

“Our team took over in March to manage not only the resort buildings, but also the recreation facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, a waterslide and tennis and basketball courts, and infrastructure including waste water and storm water systems,” observed SPM Resorts’ CEO Michael Schraibman. “We are enjoying working with a very involved and conscientious HOA Board of Directors in facilitating an efficient operation that exceeds the expectations of the owners.”
