While the SPM Emergency Manual is an extensive binder with all of the checklists, steps, and detail a manager or front desk employee would need in the case of an emergency, the quick reference Emergency Guidebook is a condensed version with the essential information an employee needs if crisis strikes.
Designed to be easily accessed from the front desk, the flip-guide book with tabs include severe weather, media response, bomb threat checklist, fire, and emergency contacts. Karen Middleton, Corporate Director of HR and Risk Management said, “SPM is constantly creating tools and training programs for the resorts we manage. This quick reference guide has been an effective tool for resort employees to use in the case of an emergency. Each one has a list of emergency contacts, which includes corporate staff cell phone numbers so we can immediately activate in the case of an emergency.”
