SPM Resorts, Inc. employs more than 650 employees. At our corporate office, our departments include financial services, owner services, rental services, rental management, communications, Human Resources, Risk Management, marketing, internal support, and IT.
At the property level, our divisions include resort management, maintenance, housekeeping, activities (at some), and supporting roles. The employees at the resorts are SPM Resorts, Inc. employees, thereby providing them with the benefit levels of a larger organization. The resort staff report to the site General Manager, and the General Manager reports to the Regional Vice President of Operations.
Some of our properties choose to outsource housekeeping or other supporting roles according to what makes the most sense for them; this is a choice the Board makes based on their preferences and budget needs.
