Our management team
At SPM Resorts, Inc., we don’t have so many layers of management that the corporate office is out of touch with the resort. That is far from the case. We keep the lines of communication open and have Regional Vice Presidents in place that oversee daily operations, major decisions, and communications with the Boards to ensure that the resort has all resources it needs to excel.

SPM Resorts, Inc. provides training for the maintenance staff to adhere to routine and preventive maintenance schedules. SPM Resorts, Inc. also uses software to track maintenance requests and to ensure maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. Monthly maintenance reports are provided to each board member as part of the monthly operational report.

SPM Resorts, Inc. works with both in-house and outsourced housekeeping staff based on the needs of each resort. SPM Resorts, Inc. provides training and oversight to insure the highest level of housekeeping standard is achieved and maintained.
If your resort has an activities program, SPM Resorts, Inc. will hire and train recreation staff members to create exciting activities for adults and families to enhance their vacation experience. From volleyball to crabbing to arts and crafts and more, each resort’s activities staff aims to provide opportunities for our owners and guests to make the most of their vacations.
Through our online capabilities, SPM Resorts, Inc. offers owners and guests the ability to book a reservation online 24/7.
We encourage all SPM Resorts, Inc. managed properties to produce regularly-scheduled newsletters to keep owners up-to-date with news from the resort. SPM Resorts, Inc. manages the entire process from conception to production and distribution (mail or email). SPM Resorts, Inc. has found the best way to improve the collection of maintenance fees is to have happy, satisfied and well-informed owners. In addition, each owner has access to a secure, password-protected owners’ portal that gives them access to view resort documents, to pay their maintenance fees, and to view billing notices.
Between owners changing their email address to moving to a different state, our staff keeps track of owner changes in our safe and secure database. This database system also allows us to keep owner information up to date. When an owner visits the property, the front desk staff will confirm their contact information and make any changes in the owner record. It will automatically update the information in the database and the online owners’ portal. This system also tracks reservations.
SPM Resorts, Inc. procures materials and supplies on a local and national level for each resort based on the quality of material, cost, and ease and timeliness of delivery. All materials are purchased for the resort with no additional markup from management.
